Raised in a family of REALTORS in Norwalk Connecticut, I've always enjoyed watching my family build strong and lasting customer relationships. Their motivation of helping families find their dream home ignited my career path of real estate and eventually, property management.
I received my undergraduate B.S. Degree from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, specializing in Geography: Urban and Planning and Regional Development and then continued my education earning the Masters in Education Certification from Sacred Heart University (SHU) in Fairfield, Connecticut.
I moved to Florida in 2000 where I became a Customer Liaison for new construction in Manatee and Sarasota County.
In 2007, I was the Assistant Project Manager for the general contractor Thomason Stevens, who worked with Robert Hatfield Developers and the City of Bradenton on the Riverwalk Project and completed the build of the Promenade at Riverwalk 115 condominiums in downtown Bradenton.
For the past fourteen years, I've specialized in property management, specifically in short and long-term leasing within the luxury market in Sarasota and surrounding areas.
In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and the tranquility of strolling through Selby Gardens. I enjoy painting abstracts and use the gorgeous west coast beaches as my backdrop for many creations.
When I'm not helping people locate properties, I, along with my two-year-old Pug, "Roscoe" spend time together by taking long walks throughout our awesome communities.
I am very passionate about helping people with Property Management and Rentals. If you're in need of a rental (vacation or annual), considering relocating, thinking about having someone manage a property you own, or investing in a rental property, please call me today. You'll be glad you did!
